Ashly
Pinnington is a Senior Lecturer in Management at UQ Business School,
The University of Queensland, Australia. Ashly has published in
academic journals on human resource management (HRM) and
organisational change, including Human Relations and Organization
Studies. He has recently published two textbooks on HRM for Oxford
University Press and holds visiting teaching positions at ICPE,
University of Ljubljana; Universite de Lyon; and Thunderbird
University of Arizona.
